Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by Demo Screen Experience.
Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking amount.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in at checkout, you authorize Demo Screen Experience to send automated text messages to that number related to your booking, including confirmations, reminders, "your show is starting" notifications, and post-experience review requests. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking). Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@demo.screentickets.com. Consent to receive SMS is not required to make a purchase. We do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on carrier conditions outside our control.
Demo Screen Experience does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to transmit the messages you have requested, and is retained as required by carrier and FCC rules. Liability
Participants engage in activities at their own risk. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood any safety guidelines provided for the activity.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
