SMS Communications
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Demo Screen Experience, your mobile phone number and opt-in data are collected solely for the purpose of sending you transactional booking messages (confirmations, reminders, show-start alerts, and reservation changes). No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our SMS delivery vendor) solely to deliver the messages you have requested. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@demo.screentickets.com. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. We retain SMS opt-in records as required by carrier and FCC rules.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with our booking platform provider, SMS provider (Twilio), and payment processor to fulfill your reservations and deliver requested messages.
